The largest oceanfront patio in its class! A ground level, garden level, oceanfront patio. You will love it.

The atmosphere is excellent. Take a stroll down the gardened and paved pathway in front of this villa, in front of the ocean.

The master bedroom is ocean front and you have ocean views right from the headboard.

Also, this includes an attached 1 car garage! In addition to the garage, you also have a driveway that you can park in.

The condo is offered partly furnished. There is a washer and a dryer.

You can bring your own linens, towels, cookware and table settings if you like. The patio furniture in the pictures is going to be removed. Feel free to bring your own.

The internet is on now so you don't have to spend a week ordering it, just connect your devices. It is with Telnor and costs about $30 dollars a month or so.

Water, electricity, and internet are not included with the rent.


UPGRADES:
The condo has new granite counter tops, kitchen cabinets, paint, and much more. No more white tiles in the kitchen. New pictures are coming soon.

Bathrooms have been upgraded too.


PETS:
One small, mature dog, under 15 pounds, quieter in nature, is okay.
$300 pet deposit.



CALAFIA THE RESORT:
24-hour guards on duty. Gated community.
The community is on a spectacular oceanfront bluff.
There is an oceanfront pool, jacuzzi hot tub, walkways, pool and ping pong in the clubhouse.
On the north side of the community are stairs that go down to a small sandy cove. You can scramble over the rocks on a lower tide to see the tide pools. You can continue by foot to another sandy beach popular with kids on bodyboards and families.

Calafia is about 10 minutes south of Rosarito on the free road, not the toll road.


NEARBY:
Just down the street are plenty of places to eat. You will love the options within a 3-mile radius, such as fine dining, buffets, music on the weekends, and an awesome taco selection 2 miles south at Km 38. Km38 is also famous for its surfing.

There are supermarkets in Rosarito and in Puerto Nuevo.

Oceanfront golf is 20 minutes south at Bajamar.

The wine region, the Guadalupe Valley is 45 minutes south with plenty of vineyards, tasting, and awesome restaurants in natural settings.

Hike the nearby mountain. Surf at Km 38. Join one of the many ongoing philanthropy groups. There is something for everyone.
